The Own Brand department plays a vital role in SOpharmacy, being the one leading and implementing the inspiring and challenging projects with focus on the development of the own brands portfolio for Bulgaria, Serbia and Belarus.

For our Own Brands team we are currently exploring the market for a skilled and enthusiastic professional to strengthen the expertise of the department and support our business development ambitions by taking active ownership of the brand new role of a Regulatory Affairs Specialist- Own Brand portfolio.


What we expect from you:

Deep diving into our Own Brand world of product inspiration, new categories development and focus on the added value of the holistic healthcare approach, you will be a key gate keeper and guardian when it comes to the regulatory affairs and:

 

Actively communicate with our partners in Bulgaria and gather all necessary information(test analysis, certificates, specifications, etc) for the dossier of each product in our portfolio, as per the guidelines of the regulatory Framework

Coordinate with external laboratories all quality tests of the products, once they arrive in Bulgaria

Prepare the documentation set, required for the export of the products

Support the development of new products and product categories by exploring and verifying whether they are applicable for Bulgaria in terms of the formula’s components and the local regulations

Preparing various reports and analysis for new & existing products upon request

Collaborate with various departments in Sopharma Trading and Sopharmacy, as well as with the Own Brand team in Bulgaria and in the subsidiaries

 

Тhe skills and competencies required for the rolе:

Our soul mate job holder will have a successful professional story on a similar position and/or knowledge with focus on product development, suppliers’ management, laboratory quality control, export documentation specifications, acquired within the pharmaceutical, FMCG or another dynamic and regulations sensitive business segment, accompanied by:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biologly or similar as an added value

Proven ability to maintain fruitful relationship with diverse audience of internal and external clients/ partners in Bulgaria and abroad

Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, complemented by attention to detail, pro-active approach and natural &professional curiosity to learn and explore

Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met

Good command of English (written and spoken)

Good command of Russian (written and spoken) as a additional plus

An international exposure or professional experience with multiple countries and subsidiaries as an added value to the application

IT literacy (MS office, Excel, SAP or any ERP) as a valuable asset to the skills’ set
